Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment and is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The MedBox Store is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. The MedBox Store is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order reshipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the MedBox Store. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused, original condition. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. However, if the return is a result of our error—such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item—we will gladly cover the return shipping costs.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at shop@medbox.com with your order number and the reason for the return. After reviewing your request, we will provide you with further instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days. If your item arrived damaged or defective, you have the option to request an exchange for the same item instead of a full refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact shop@medbox.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Lost or Delayed Packages
The MedBox Store is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to assist where possible.
